OUR UNIQUE PAPER SOURCING
The cardstock that we use for our holiday greetings exemplifies class. We are proud to partner with Mohawk, a century-old business, focusing on the art of papermaking. They produce all their paper within the United States to ensure that certain high quality standards can be replicated time and again. In 2003, Mohawk became the very first paper production company to establish themselves as completely carbon neutral. All energy they expend milling the paper is matched by wind-powered renewable sources. As you finalize your Hanukkah card, select from six different cardstock options that range from a classic cottony feels to more shiny pearlescent look.
MINTED DESIGN CHALLENGES
What separates Minted’s designs from our competitors? Rather than employing a team of in-house artists tasked with capturing the latests trends and looks, we source creative input and designs from an ever-growing network of independent artists. Currently, we work with artists from over 100 different countries. Every month we have numerous design challenges running on our site. Anyone across the globe can sign up to submit their work. Once designs are collected, Minted welcomes the public to vote on their favorites.
The winners of the design challenge receive a cash prize for their artwork. The designs are then sold on Minted, with the contributing artist receiving a commission for each piece sold. We have seen this model nourish artists and help artists form connections with their creative peers.
